The Quilata story

Quilata began with a focused idea: help people learn through quizzes, practical labs, and useful talks. As that idea grew, it became clear that learning was only one part of the experience. People also need places to gather and simple ways to participate in the moment.

That is how quizzes, labs, and talks grew into Academy. Events. Live.

One platform, three experiences

Quilata Academy is where people learn. It brings together courses, quizzes, labs, talks, and guided learning journeys.

Quilata Events is where people gather. It is being created for discovering, organizing, booking, and attending events.

Quilata Live is where people participate. It will support live polls, questions and answers, voting, and audience feedback.

Each experience can stand on its own, while together they form one Quilata platform.

For us, Quilata stands for quality with character. That means building experiences that are thoughtful, dependable, accessible, and genuinely useful—not merely adding more features.

The name fits the direction of the platform more clearly than ever: one identity, three focused experiences, and the same commitment to quality across all of them.

About the founder

Quilata was founded by Heartin Jacob Kanikathottu. It grew from his belief that learning and participation tools should feel clear, intentional, and human. What began as a product centered on quizzes, labs, and talks is becoming a broader platform where people can learn, attend, and engage.
